Most wouldn't expect to find a Personal Trainer at my Thanksgiving Table. But, indeed, it happened. Much to my surprise, rather than counting carbs and waxing poetic on the virtues of healthy eating (or dissing the stuffing made of donuts), he rolled up his sleeves, dove right in and even went back for seconds. What I learned was that feeling great isn't at all about denial.
